The following reflects the expected timeline of events.
Activities and times may change.
Guests will arrive throughout the day at Cancún International Airport and transfer to the resort.
Resort check-in begins at 3:00 PM.
After checking in and settling into your room, enjoy lunch or explore the property at your leisure.
In the evening, please join us for a Welcome Reception Bonfire (time and location to be announced). Stop by for drinks and light bites as we kick off the weekend together. Dress is resort casual. Afterward, enjoy free time around the resort or turn in early after a day of travel.
The morning and early afternoon are yours to enjoy. Relax at the beach or pool, schedule spa treatments, or participate in an optional group excursion (details to be shared).
Later in the afternoon, wedding party members will prepare for evening events.
That evening, the wedding party and invited guests will attend the wedding rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. Dress is dressy resort casual.
The morning and early afternoon are free to enjoy the resort. Guests are encouraged to allow plenty of time to get ready and return to their rooms before the celebration begins.
Wedding day events are expected to begin in the late afternoon. Guest arrival time at the ceremony location will be confirmed closer to the wedding date, followed by the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.
This day is intentionally relaxed and flexible. Guests may choose to sleep in, enjoy the beach or pool, visit the spa,plan an excursion, or enjoy a number of activities on property.
Resort check-out is by 12:00 PM.
Guests will transfer to Cancún International Airport based on individual departure times.
Some events may take place on sand or grass; appropriate footwear is recommended
Evenings can be breezy — a light wrap or jacket is suggested
Sunscreen, bugspray, and resort-appropriate attire are encouraged
